What we did in class today...
We talked about a different way to generate narrative stories - through setting. We then wrote a new story in our writer's notebooks. These are very much unfinished drafts, and are designed to help students live as writers do, namely, to write over a sustained period of time in order to create something which may or may not be developed into a finished piece at a later time.We finished our digital projects related to the Silk Road and presented them to the class.
Reading:
Read a book of your choosing for at least 20 minutes.
