What we did in class today...
We talked about one way to generate narrative stories - through characters. We then wrote stories in our writer's notebooks.We worked on some digital projects related to the Silk Road. We also read from Scholastic News magazine, which we will receive each week throughout the school year.
Homework…
Reading:
Read a book of your choosing for at least 20 minutes.
Writing:
Decorate your writer's notebook.
Social Studies:
Read and share at least one article from Scholastic News magazine with a parent/guardian. Have your parent/guardian read the article. Be prepared to let Mr. Joe with whom you shared and discussed.
