Magical Monday!

What we did in class today...

We read the first story in our Houghton Mifflin Reading book about Amelia Earhart. We call this book our "Red Reading Book" or RRB. We also explored a packet of exercises affectionately dubbed the Purple Packet. We reviewed our writing from Friday.

In social studies we read about the Silk Road in our History Alive textbook and answered questions in our Interactive Student Notebook (ISN). See pictures.

Mr. Joe out Tuesday: My son Zachary has Pediatric Bipolar Disorder. My wife Mary Beth and I will take Zack to Chicago on Tuesday to see a world-renown specialist. I will be back at BCS on Wednesday.

Homework…

Reading:

2. Complete pages 111 - 115 and the "Final Writing Assignment" in the Purple Packet.
