Language Arts:
We held our Author's Celebration today.
Creative Communications is an optional poetry and essay contest for our kids. Extra credit will be given. I'm available to edit.
Social Studies:
We listened to a presentation by three students from Seaholm about caring for our environment.

Language Arts
1. Read 20 minutes. Post your reading to the reading log on http://56reading.wikispaces.com/
2. Write for at least five minutes on your Daily Writing Blog on your Weebly site. Write your choice of genre: narrative, expository, poetry, media reviews, memoir, et. al.
Social Studies
1.Current Events for the summer: I will open a Summer Current Events Forum for anyone wishing to post articles and comments. We will begin again with our weekly schedule in the fall.
