What we’re doing in class…Language Arts

Reading - We are reading Where the Red Fern Grows in our Red Reading Book.

Writing - The 5th graders watched the Spelling Bee. The 6th graders watched the Bee and played Scrabble (see photos.)

Word Study (Grammar, Vocabulary, Spelling) -

Social studies

We continued "The Road to Revolution," by summarizing the causes and goals of both sides in the French and Indian War.
