I was out today at a meeting at Oakland Schools. The Guest Teacher told me everything went according to the plans I left.
What We Did in Class Today...
Language Arts - We presented our R&E's today. We also edited and rewrote our small moment narratives.
Social Studies - We took a practice assessment on Ancient Sumer and reviewed it.

2. Prepare for Response and Exploration #1. Due week of 10-20. Each student has different day. Ask student for details. Check 91 Ways to Respond to Literature for ideas.
Social Studies
Current Events Week 2'ers. Post to Moodle by Wednesday October 22. Responses by October 24. Ask your student for details. The assignment is clearly explained on Moodle.
