Poetry Slam tonight at Baldwin Library 7-8pm! Come and watch, read or recite poetry. Compete for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize in the Slam (recitation) Division.

2. Prepare for Response and Exploration #1. Due week of 10-20. Each student has different day. Ask student for details. Check 91 Ways to Respond to Literature for ideas.
Social Studies
Current Events Week 2'ers. Post to Moodle by Wednesday October 22. Responses by October 24. Ask your student for details. The assignment is clearly explained on Moodle.
