5/6 Tech Checklist April 1, 2008 (Items in red must be done first)

Task Check when completed

Copy and paste this to a Word document.
Fill it out by completing the tasks.
When you’re done, save it to the “Tech Checklist Q3” for 5th or 6th in the T drive Hand In Box and your H drive.
1. Turn in draft #2 (if you haven’t already)
2. Revise Draft #2 based on Mr. J’s comments.
3. Go to Mr. J’s blog. Follow the instructions for the editing checklist from March 31. Copy and paste to the bottom of your story. Fill it out.
4. Send your draft to a friend who will use the checklist on your piece. When you get a checklist and the draft, read and complete it. Send the draft back to the writer.
5. Send your draft, and a copy of the editing checklist to the In-Box as “Last Name, First Initial GUS DRAFT 3”
6. Post a podcast of your story to your website
7. Link your blog to your website and your website to your blog.
8.Post a video link to your website about a book you’ve read this year.
9. Make four pages (SS, LA, Science/Engage, Math) that link to your homepage of Freewebs site.
